- 30 June – deadline for the payment of the first installment (3000PLN) – for early submitters
- September – deadline for payment of the first installment (3000PLN) – for late submitters

- Application form (download)
- CV
- Cover letter
- Copy of a diploma (master’s or bachelor’s)
- Obligation of payment (download)
- Two photographs in the passport format
- In case of non-EU students: a visa and a residence card
- Bank confirmation of payment of the first installment (after the interview)
